Subject:         Freezing soybeans

I make my own soy milk. Before going on vacation, I read I could freeze my previously soaked soybeans to keep them fresh until I came back. After later using the unfrozen soybeans to make soymilk, I found the taste to be bland enough that I threw out that batch of soymilk. I don't think freezing soybeans is a good idea.
