Women should avoid isolated soy protein. Stick to whole soy. A small but "statistically significant" number of women eating isolated soy protein get endometrial hyperplasia. I was going into stage two (there are 3 stages) and the doctor was starting to push for a hysterectomy. I gave up soy for 4 months and am now completely disease free. They are going to look at if isolated soy protein effects endometriosis. Whole soy = good. Extracts, concentrates, powders, etc = bad.
