Subject:	Tofu Press Question

I am new to this site, so I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong place.

I have limited use of my arms and am a huge fan of tofu - a pretty commmon combination, I am sure... To make my life easier, I designed a tofu press. I would like others to look at it (and perhaps use it) to see if you think I should go further with it (try to sell it or patent it, e.g.).
