I recently read an article about the dangers of soy - though it is not a new article. It states that the soybean has an affinity for aluminum, and it leaches aluminum out of the soil, and the levels are dangerous to humans. It also states that soy is full of antinutrients and toxins. While I understand the problems with isolated soy protiens and highly processed soy "meats", I'm not sure if I believe this article in terms of the dangers of organically grown, minimally processed soy. I'm sorry that I don't have the name of the article or the authors (though I think Sally Fallon may be one of them), but if anyone is familiar with this article or information, I'd love to hear your opinions. Thank you in advance for any comments. Lisa
