Marie, I am wondering if you have heard of Effisoy? It is a supplement for menopause symptoms, containing a concentrated, fermented soy germ extract, Aglymax, similar to miso but without the salt. I don't have menopausal symptoms anymore, but am concerned with bone density. Because you are so knowledgable on everything soy, I wondered if you had heard of this supplement or have an opinion on it. Of course, I welcome responses from anyone who may have knowledge of this. Thank you!
