I don't know why you would be taking soy protein powder, any reason for that? I think soy is best eaten as a food and not as a supplement.

What I do is eat a moderate amount of tofu, very occasionally I'll have tempeh,not very often, and I mix the "milks" up -- sometimes soy, but often I use almond and have just discovered hemp milk which is as almost as thick as cream and still low in fat (15%)-- I use different milks for different things but also to keep the soy at a moderate level.
