Subject:	Freezing soy milk

Is it OK to freeze soy milk? I only use small amounts while cooking, but since I can only buy a big carton, I end up throwing most of it away. I was thinking of making ice cubes out of the soy milk, and then just thawing a few cubes as needed.

Any thoughts?
