Hello, I have been on a thyroid drug for more than one year, but recently had access to more nutrition information. I stoped useing soy products last month as well as some other foods that I recently found out wer'nt exactly good for me, I also added or replaced some food items that I recently learned I need more of. I have always been a healthy eater so this is very important to me. A law in my state will soon be passed regarding the live stalk that I don't agree with, because of my spiritual/political beliefs so I strongly feel a need to stop consuming animal products. I'm looking for other protein sources and if at all possible a type of cheese, ice cream, yogurt... that isn't made from soy or dairy. Recipies would also be very helpful. Thank you Christine
