Subject:         okara into Boca-like "ground beef"??

Has anyone found a way to make okara into something similar to the "ground beef" variety of Boca Burgers? I have tried making several different okara burger recipes and all have not been accepted very well by my family so far. That made me think that if I could make the okara into a Boca like form, it would have many more uses. Thanks for any ideas!
