Subject:         Is tofu "complete" protein

Numerous nutrition references state that tofu is considered a "complete" source of protein, but others say that it is low in the sulphur amino acids which are found in grains. Will the protein in tofu be completely usable to the body if it is not eaten with grains or nuts/seeds?
