I have called numerous stores trying to find this product. I'm bummed because I would like to make the Penne Vodka out of your book "More Soy Cooking". I am concerned that once this product is no longer available (if that happens) not having this particular ingredient will render alot of recipes in this book useless. In the future, it might be a good idea to have an alternative recipe or suggestions for when those packets or special seasoning items can not be found.

Hopefully, once we get a Whole Foods Market that will solve my dilemma as long as this product is available I won't have any problems following your recipes.

Just thought I'd let you know. I'm anxious to try your recipes in your books (I just received them) and am hoping to use them for developing my own weight loss program.
