Subject:         Nigari Hunt!

I am looking to make my own tofu (versus constantly buying) - and was wondering if anyone knows of a place online where i can buy an organic nigari (I know there is a whole nigari debate - and that many places call it "natural" but theirs is not...etc.)

I just want a nice healthy nigari or tofu coagulant.

HELP!! :)
