Subject:         Soy sensitivity

I'm considering changing some things in my diet to go "more veg" and I'm quite naive about a lot of it although my diet currently includes a wide variety of fruits and vegis. How do I get enough protein without soy products? I get headaches whenever I eat things with soy in them.
