The manufacturer dubbed the new machine the SoyQuick Premier Milk Maker because, in addition to really exceptional soymilk, the nut, grain, and seed milks are also a cut above. With the new SoyQuick, you just pour the hot soymilk through the strainer into the pitcher. The fine wire mesh strainer separates the okara from the soymilk. You can save (my preference) or discard the okara.
