Used to happen to me as well when I first started making soymilk. The solution? You guessed it: straining. I bought a cheap gold coffee filter (like .99 cents at a grocery store) and it works wonderfully. It also cuts down a lot on the excessively beany taste. Give it a try, it's not that much additional effort.
