Subject:	Soyajoy, NOT. Help!

Hi,

I LOVE my new Soyajoy but after 6 batches the filter is clogged and does not seem cleanable! How can this be? We clean it immediately after using it but now, our soymilk is like hot water. Very very weak.

I know that Soyajoy sells a soap to clean this basket but I cannot believe that this is anything different than what you can buy at stores. How can we get our Soyajoy back in action! Only 6 batches and out of commision! Just terrible.
