Dried soybeans? Are they cooked? If you are asking about dried soybeans, I would never put them in the freezer, unless they were cooked. Then the same rule of thumb for most food applies. About 3 months. I would not keep coffee beans in the fridge, either..... can actually create moisture. Soyvbeans, like most dried beans, have a very long shelf life. I have kept dried soybeans in a dark, cool, dry place for more than a year. Still makesreally great soymilk (LAURA BEANS)
