I only use Laura Beans, available from Chambers Family Farms. They are the best beans for soymilk and tofu. What machine are you using? That can have an impact, as well. Also: Do not cover the soymilk until it has cooled completely. I flavor my soymilk with Wholesome Sweeteners Blue Agave and a scant half teaspoon of sea salt. Some cooks add a couple of dates (pureed in the blender) You may also add a touch of pure vanilla.
