Subject: 7 Gallon Super Capacity Soy Milk Maker
Body of Message:
I want to start an email campaign to the makers of SoyaJoy to produce a 3,5, and 7-gallon capacity soy milk maker. Undoubtably, the overriding consideration would be design and manufacturing costs.
The higher capacity can be accomplished using machine parts that are interchangable. That is, use the existing machine head, and merely change into a larger capacity pitcher, a larger capacity mesh screen for the soybeans, and wider blades. Longer grinding times can be programmed into the microprocessor chip depending on capacity.
The second consideration is whether or not enough customer demand exists for such a product.
Would all those of you who would be interested in a 7-gallon soymilk maker please contact Wendy Wang at the Salinix company? She will forward the emails to the appropriate management personnel. Her address is as follows:

If enough of us send emails requesting this, maybe they will actually come out with one!!

Re: New Idea for Super Capacity SoyMilk Maker....
I saw the new SoyaPower at your website. It's nice to know that you're making improvements to your machine, and it got me thinking about my previous emails to you regarding a larger capacity soymilk maker.
You might be able to come up with a larger capacity model that would use your pre-existing design.
Such a proposed design would use the same head mechanism as your current line of machines, but would be interchangable with larger capacity pitchers of varying sizes ( 3 gallons, 5 gallons, 7 gallons). The only alterations you would need to do is reprogram the microprocessor to account for the larger capacity (3, 5, or 7 gallons).
Is there some way you can create a design that would allow you to use your existing machine head -- simply attach a larger mesh screen to hold the soybeans, and a larger cutting blade to handle the increased capacity -- and then move that over to a larger capacity pitcher?
Believe me, I think there are many who would pay dearly for 5-7 gallon capacity. I myself drink about 1-1/2 gallons of milk regularly, and find it quite inconvenient to work with 50 oz capacity (0.40 gallon) machine given my current consumption. Also, I would like to make soycheese and soy yougurts. If you came up with a 7 gallon capacity, I would gladly purchase two!!
Please forward this to the appropriate personnel.

Re: High-Capacity Soy Milk Maker
My last communication with you on this subject was
in December 2004. You indicated there was research
on a new SoyaJoy machine -- presumably one with a
higher capacity.
I am now inquiring what became of that research.
I want to make extensive use of your unit,
unfortuantely it takes too much time to clean in
between batches. I drink enough soy milk for about
two and a half batches on you SoyaJoy machine, and
it just takes too much time to do a batch, and clean
it, and do another, and clean it, and do another.
If you can produce one that will produce 5 quarts
per batch, that would be a godsend. that would be
enough milk for soymilk, with plenty left over for
Tofu and Yogurt, and maybe a second batch for
cheese. If you can get one that will produce that
much milk per batch, I will gladly purchase two...
So can be used to produce soy cheese, soy yogurt,
as well as tofu. But in order to produce it in an
amount to satisfy a vegetarian diet, you would have
to have a large capacity...about five gallons.
Can you give me an update on what your plans are?

Hi Melvin,
I am sorry to tell you that we still don't have a
larger soymilk maker. I don't know why. Maybe the
market for such a machine is not very big. But I will
make sure to pass your message to the management in
the hope that they will do something about it if they
hear enough requests from customers.
Best Regards,
