Silk does not have ISP. I believe labeling regulations require food makers to list ISP in the ingredients list if their product contains it.
There's one product north of the 49th called "So Good." Now that stuff has ISP for sure!
Have you watched John McDougall's presentation on ISP? If not, that will give you some more motivation to avoid ISP!
