This one would be what you're looking for if you use the banana alternative to tofu or creme cheeze.

Ice Cream

2 cups soymilk (or rice milk)
1/2 cup soymilk powder (not soy protein or isolate powder)
1/2 - 3/4 cup natural sugar (I use beet sugar, you could use raw sugar or sucanat, possibly xylitol)
2-3 t. vanilla (or other flavoring)
1/2 cup soy cream cheeze (recommended)
OR 1/2 cup mashed silken tofu
OR 1/2 of a banana, peeled and sliced

Put all ingredients into a blender
Blend until creamy
Freeze in ice cream freezer
Serve immediately
