This one would be what you're looking for if you use the banana alternative to tofu or creme cheeze. Ice Cream 2 cups soymilk (or rice milk) 1/2 cup soymilk powder (not soy protein or isolate powder) 1/2 - 3/4 cup natural sugar (I use beet sugar, you could use raw sugar or sucanat, possibly xylitol) 2-3 t. vanilla (or other flavoring) 1/2 cup soy cream cheeze (recommended) OR 1/2 cup mashed silken tofu OR 1/2 of a banana, peeled and sliced Put all ingredients into a blender Blend until creamy Freeze in ice cream freezer Serve immediately
