Helllllp!!! I've been surfing for a basic recipe for soymilk ice cream for sooo long my eyes are waterlogged!
all I want is a basic recipe using soymilk,no eggs,tofu,soy powder(unless necessary)gelatin,processed sugar,gums or any other "stuff".this recipe would allow me to add any flavor such as chocolate,choc. mint bits,honey,or fruit pieces etc. Is there anybody, OUT THERE....? I have an ice cream machine.
