Oh, I should mention- I do not personally own the book, I have just seen it around and thought that it might have some recipes that will help you, I do own several books by this publisher and have been very happy with the recipes I have tried. If you get a copy please let me know what you think, I have considered buying it myself (if I happen to buy a copy soon I will let you all know what I think)
