I have been on soy milk for afew years now. I have purchased soy milk with the 46 isoflavones and it literally helps my heart palpations and it has lowered my cholestrol. My question is if I purchase the soy milk with less isoflavones it doesn't help my heart palpations. My husband purchased a soy maker for me for Christmas we made the soy and I had a glass and for two straight mornings I had a migraine, not severe. How do I know how many isoflavones are in my servings? Why does the milk you purchase at the grocery have different amount of isoflavones. Please help me to understand how I can get the 46 isoflavones in my serving by making it homemade. Thank You,
