Vegan Gourmet is the best--it melts well at high temps in your oven if you like to make your own pizza, which I do.
And I make yummy quesadilla's with the fake chicken by the same brand--Follow Your Heart, they rule!!! I know the shipping is a lot but it's worth it if you by in bulk, i spent a hundred bucks on several fake chickens, veggie patties, and different cheeses--Nacho and Mozzarella are the best.
