Subject:         Soy Yogurt Maker

I've been reading different posts on making soy yogurt. I'm thinking of purchasing a yogurt maker or using my dehydrator. I'm interested to find out what type of machine is the easiest to use. I use to have a salton with 6 cups. I had to prepare it on the stove and then put it into the jars and plug in the unit. Is there something easier out there? Does a dehydrator really work?
