Subject:	has anyone tried vegan gourmet products?

Vegsource has recommended these "cheese" products. And apparently they're used on Amy's dairyless pizzas. I'm not happy with most soy "cheese" (and many of them contain casein). So I thought I'd try the Vegan Gourmet. But currently the products are not available at any of my local health food stores. I was going to order them - until I saw that a $5.00 block of uncheese was going to cost $27.00 to ship! If someone here has tried the products and can give me an endorsement, I would try to persuade a store to order so I can try. If they're that good maybe I could do some promotion, pass out samples for shoppers and get the stores to distribute. There's got to be a vegan market out there for decent soy cheese.
