Hello all, I am not a new veg. I have been a veg since I was 10years old. My family isn't vegetarian so, I have sort of had to figure things out as I went along and discovered new things and other vegetarians. I am currently lacto-ovo. I rely heavily on processed foods. I am what most would consider a junk food vegetarian. I am at the point where I want to quit buying veggie burgers in my grocers freezer. I need to step away from boxed pasta meals and eat healthier food. The problem is that my husband is a big guy and without the fillers in processed foods he doesn't get full. Soup and salad doesn' t cut it. Any one have any recipes or ideas for making more filling meals?
