Thanks, I'll go check that out when I have more time. Just wanted to say that I too have been avoiding sugary foods, I have found that when I eat none at all (except whatever might be in bread, I even am using unsweetened soymilk) I don't want sugar AT ALL. As soon as I have a little something sweet it seems to create more sugar "cravings," or maybe "habits" is a better word. Best to avoid it entirely, except at Thanksgiving when you HAVE to have some pumpkin pie! I feel so much better when I don't eat any sugar . . .
