Dear Marie, Please give us some advices for making home made tofu more tasty, for instance, how to make a smoked tofu; I am living in Serbia, and through my very dear friends americans that are staying in Belgrade now, I manage to buy SoyQuick, and I have to tell you that I am delited! Because here, in my country, there are not so many products available in supermarkets for vegans, so we have to buy in health food stores, chinese food stores...I am very happy with my SoyQuick, because we used to make soy milk from raw beans by grounding and cooking in a big pot, that creates a big mess in a kitchen, not to mention how tofu kit makes easier to produce the firm tofu block;I would really appreciate your advices how to get the maximum of daily fresh soymilk and tofu that I have every day now:) Thanks in advance Many regards from Belgrade
