I think soy products such as soymilk, tofu, tempeh, and miso, are fine incorporated into a diet as a food; I don't use too many analogs, mostly when camping or cooking for omnis. Mycoprotein is made from a kind of fungus, I don't find that too appealing, don't use it, I like lots of veggies and beans and some tofu instead. I have been eating this way for many (maybe around 13) years and do not find any problems with it.
