PLEASE understand that I took your post in the spirit you'd intended! The "smugness" was meant to refer to ME, or more accurately, the "me" that could occur if I had no vices. It was meant to be a joke!
I also did not expect you to have the prescience required to know my background. That was just a way of informing you about me. I totally understood that you meant no offense and that your post was meant to be helpful and beneficial. Truly, there was no offense intended on my part either (and as I previously stated, I actually agree with your position on dairy, even though I don't adhere to it).
