I've been buying organic soya beans and the nutritional information on the lable does not sate that soya beans in their natural state contain any calcium whatsoever. So I'm a bit confused. If I don't add any calcium I would assume that the end product has no calcium at all. This is disturbing because my chilren who are allergic to dairy have been drinking it for some time now. How do I enrich the milk with the correct goodness for their growing bodies?
