I don't know what happened with those Boca sausages. They used to be here in my little town local grocery store, also at the big Fred Meyer where I usually shop. Now I can only find one kind, Italian, and only at Huckleberry's, which is a high-end specialty gourmet store in Spokane. I emailed the company but all they said was I could find their products at a store near me. Like a really personal answer, huh?

They are REALLY good, though, and worth seeking out. I don't eat them often, but occasionally you just want a sausage on a bun with saurkraut and relish. It's OK, I've been vegetarian for 13 years and vegan for 6 (except for the once a year Boca treat, they contain eggs) and although my diet is probably around 80 to 90 percent unprocessed foods, still want a treat now and then also. I also have found that they're excellent for omnis, my husband likes them, and anything that gets him away from meat is great in my book.

Good luck finding them, maybe you should call the company, if you do post here what they say about why such a good product is so darn hard to find.
