We are in the process of looking for a new one ourselves. We have had two SoyQuicks. The first last a couple of months and then quit working. Some friends gave to us as a gift and were able to get a free replacement for us from the store they bought it at. The motor on that replacement burned out last week after about a year of use. We made three batches once or twice a week. Perhaps the machine is not made for heavy usage. But we have not had good luck in those machine lasting very long. I know Oser recommends this, but she participates in their advertising, so is probably a paid voice for the company.
