Hi Marie. I am making your recipe for Festive Holiday Roast within the next day or so. I decided to do a "trial run" so that I can get prepared to make this over the holidays. Things get so hectic around here I'd like t be comfortable with a new recipe. I've seen a lot of rave reviews on this once recipe.

My question regards dry sherry. I just don't keep it in my house since I use it so very, very rarely. Is there anything at all that I could substitute? I'd really appreciate the help.
