Yes. Absolutely. Cow's milk is for baby cows, not humans. It can cause many problems in adult and baby humans, (there's even a link between cow's milk and juvenile diabetes) have your daughter read the China Study and she may never drink cow's milk again. Almond milk is a nice replacement too, I use alternating soy and almond but I really like the Almond Breeze brand, it's so light and refreshing. Glad to hear she's breastfeeding, that's just great for babies!
