Blend soy sprouts (even if the seeds have failed to sprout!) with water. Leave to stand till fermentation occurs and delicious flavour is developed. Then eat. It might take a little while to ferment - 12 - 36 hours - the first time. After that, don't wash out your glass container, leave a little behind to "seed" the next batch, and it should rise noticeably in the jar after 4 - 9 hours. This is the "soy yoghurt" as in Viktoras Kulvinskas's books "Love Your Body" etc.
