This is a traditional Korean recipe.

Wash the sprouts in water. if the thin stringy roots are nearly half as long as the actual body of the sprout then snip it off with your fingers. if not or too lazy leave it alone. Blanch the sprouts in boiling water for 2-3 minute enough to cook bean and keep sprout crisp but do not over cook otherwise will be soggy. then, rinse under cold water to cool off the cooking process. next, sprinkle sea salt enough to make it taste seasoned w/o tasting salty if that makes sense. add minced fresh garlic, crushed roasted sesame seeds and small dribble of roasted sesame oil to taste. mix all together by hand which works better than any kitchen utensil. place in serving dish. garnish w/ a sprinkle of diced green onions and enjoy. quanities may vary depending on your taste but never over do any one ingredient. its all about balance.
