I just found this thread because I have discovered the same "pourable pudding" soy milk in my refrigerator. It's a commercial soy milk; I don't know how long it's been open. But I tasted it, and it tastes like pudding. It pours in a thick stream, like buttermilk. There is not a hint of off taste.

I've never experienced this before. Has anyone else?
