Hello everyone, I am still waiting for SoyQuick to fill up its factories, in the mean time I had an interesting thought. Has anyone ever tried making 'Tofu' from Adzuki (red) beans? Adzuki beans are sweater than Mung beans(but related to them) and often made into a paste in Asia which is used to make very interesting deserts. I plan to create some interesting recipes but wondered if anyone has though ahead of me on this one. I would be happy to share my results once I try it.
