I usually use low fat soymilk in my coffee every morning (and like it) but we are going on vacation soon. I'm looking for a dry substitute for my coffee that I can carry through Europe. I tried soy protein powder (Yuck). Left a powder taste in my mouth and didn't help make the coffee any "richer" then drinking it black. I tried adding a little sugar but that didn't help much and the Coffee Mate type products have hydrogenated oils in them that I'm trying to stay away from. Has anyone found a good substitute?
