I also have a fantastic soy milk machine and lots of experience with making different milks. I cannot boast of my knowledge and experience of bean storage however.

I am ashamed to say, my beans are 8 years old. I originally bought them to ship to our home in the south pacific.

That proved to be bad timing and since, we have relocated in Central America.

My question is, should I use the beans for soy milk or.......toss? I already feel the guilt !!!

Any NICE suggestions, facts or wisdom worth sharing?
I would truly be grateful.
