Hello

I have found also that I have an intolerance to soy. I experienced problems with my monthly cycle and also cramping, bloating, gas, etc. I eventually cut all soy products out of my diet and the symptoms went away completely. It is possible to eat a healthy vegan diet without soy. In general now I stay away from processed foods. I have found that variety in your diet is the key. I know all of the soy products and meat analogs are quick and convenient and have become staples for lots of vegetarians and vegans but there are lots of good recipes out there using whole, unprocessed foods that taste great and leave you very satisfied, as someone else already stated, we just have to be creative. I hope this helps.
