It doesn't seem reasonable to me, if you're not supposed to use cow's milk because it's inadequate fo human babies, why would goat's milk be any different? Formula is what you need, you might ask around the parenting board or do some research on soy formula. There are problems with cow's milk formula, including links to juvenile diabetes, etc., etc.
