My favorite smoothies are made with low fat Japanese style silken tofu, soymilk, frozen fruit, and a banana. YUM! My tofu shakes are made with about 6 oz. of lite tofu, and I might have said that your recipe (12 ounces of tofu) contribute a lot of calories and fat, at one meal. However, in light of the overall daily diet, I would say that you have struck a healthy balance.
