Try Celtic Grey seasalt, because it is unrefined. That means it has iodine, magnesium and many other minerals and trace minerals. If you use a refined sea salt, you must choose one that has had iodine added to it.

Refined salt does not have the trace minerals of sea salt. Be sure to buy one that has iodine added if you choose that type of salt. I only use celtic grey sea salt.
