There was a recipe for stuffed acorn squash in the EarthSave News, December 2008, using vegan ground beef alternative. I was wondering what brand was used and if it was low in sodium. In the nutrition analysis sodium content was listed as 32 mgs. per serving. It couldn't be that low using most of the brands I know. I have used Morning Star and Boca, but both have too much sodium for us. We are attempting to keep our intake somewhere around 1,500 mgs. a day, but this is practically impossible when using any of these products. Does anyone have a solution to this dilemma? Thanks!
