Subject:	double-strength soy milk recipe

I want to make tofu with my new SoyQuick machine and I keep reading about "double-strength" soymilk. I can't find a recipe for it and when I contacted Fairview farms about the "video" people mention, the contact person sent me back here. I'm sure this is a simple thing, but I would like to know how to do it properly.
