Have you looked at your local health food store. I have not tried Laura beans personally as Marie has suggested but I get organic soybeans from my local health food store for about a dollar a pound(I am sure if you told them you wanted to buy them in larger quantities you could get a deal). This is cheaper than laura beans and organic (which includes non-GMO). I would also check local Asian markets. Our local Asin market has soy beans for the same price but not organic. They taste great to me.
